Gina Harman, CEO of Accion's U.S. Network, Named to Fast Company's "League of Extraordinary Women"


According to Fast Company “Every change agent needs an agency.” In their July/August 2012 issue, Fast Company has chosen 60 notable members from the League of Extraordinary Women and they focus on the organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit, that are their vehicles for social change.

We are honored to announce that Gina Harman, CEO of Accion's U.S. Network, has been named to this list for her work with Accion in providing over $130 million in microloans to women throughout the United States.

As CEO of Accion's U.S. Network, Ms. Harman's leadership influences the work of every Accion office around the country. "It is very exciting and we are very proud to have such a wonderful person working to help all of us around the country to best serve our mission," remarked Elizabeth Schott, Executive Director at Accion San Diego.
